n8n Guide & Resources
1. Login or Create an Account
To access Dojo, you will need to connect to your existing account or create a new one. We provide 2 ways to connect to your account:
2. Create a New n8n Service
Once you are logged in, go to the Services section on the left navigation sidebar and click on Deploy my first service (or Create Service if your project already contains other services).

Type n8n in the search bar or browse tabs like AI/GPU, Applications, or Development, then click on the Select button.
3. Hosting & Cloud Provider
Dojo provides fully managed deployment on top of leading cloud infrastructure. You can select your preferred provider from the available options:
- Amazon Lightsail
- Amazon AWS
- DigitalOcean
- Custom Server / BYO Server

If you want the resources to be created on your own cloud provider account, you can choose Amazon AWS currently. Each cloud provider supports multiple geographical regions across Asia, North America, and Europe (e.g., ap-southeast-2 Sydney, ap-south-1 Mumbai, ap-northeast-1 Tokyo, ap-southeast-1 Singapore). Choose your region based on your location and users to get the lowest latency.
4. Instance Resources & Plans
Based on the cloud provider you chose in the previous step, you can select from different plan tiers:

If you don't see the lowest performance instance type for n8n, it means that the instance type is too small to run n8n smoothly. We restrict smaller plans so you won't encounter performance issues with your workflows.
5. Support Plan
Dojo offers tiered support levels to match your operational requirements:

- Level 1 Support (Basic) — Included (Free)
- 7 days remote backup retention
- 2 manual snapshots
- 48h response time
- Best effort support (no SLA guarantee)
- Level 2 Support (Popular) — $0.0100 / hour
- 30 days remote backup retention & 10 manual snapshots
- 12h response time & 99.9% uptime SLA
- Point-in-time recovery & performance monitoring
- Level 3 Support (Enterprise) — $0.0250 / hour
- 90 days remote backup retention & 50 manual snapshots
- 2h response time & 99.99% uptime SLA with financial credits
- Point-in-time recovery, advanced monitoring/alerting, dedicated support engineer, custom backup schedules, and proactive health checks
6. Advanced Settings & Configuration
Under Settings, you can configure core parameters prior to launch:

• Provide a custom Service Name and Admin Email (used to set up your primary admin account). • Override or choose a specific service Version (defaults to latest). • Configure service-specific setup options (e.g., API key modes, provider credentials, or custom environment variables).
7. Review and Launch
On the right sidebar, review your selections, including the version, chosen cloud provider, region, plan type, and selected support tier. Your Estimated Hourly Price (and estimated monthly price based on 730 hours of usage) will be clearly displayed. Once you are ready, click the Create Service button. Dojo will automatically provision the instance and deploy n8n.
8. Start Using Your Service
Once provisioning is complete, your instance will go live on your Dojo dashboard. You can access administration details, connection links, and access credentials directly from the service overview screen.
